CLICK QUESTIONS BELOW FOR ANSWERS:
1. What shooting sports do you offer?
Currently active sports at MRPC can be seen by clicking on the “Shooting Sports” link to your left.
2. What is the cost for “ENTER SHOOTING SPORT HERE” at MRPC?
You can see the cost of individual sporting events listed on the Events Calendar. Fees are usually listed under the overview page of a shooting sport. If you have further questions about a particular sport, use the CONTACTS link to email the person in charge of the sport you are interested in.
3. How long from the time I apply for Membership or Renewal until I can shoot at the Indoor Range?
If you apply online and use PayPal for payment you can expect to be shooting at the clubhouse in less than 72hrs (24hrs is average process time).
If you apply via “Snail Mail” or make payment via a check you can expect several weeks before your account is activated and a FOB to the door is mailed to you or your existing FOB reactivated.
Post mail is sent to the club’s PO Box which is not retrieved daily and must be filtered by the Club Secretary then membership applications passed along to the Membership Director. This can take several weeks and is one of the key reasons for using paypal.com to receive funds.
Also…
Handing someone a check at a club function is fraught with trouble, don’t be shocked when more time is added to the process to track down and confirm that you paid your dues when you go outside of normal procedure which is to mail checks & forms to the club PO Box. If you are reading this, it means you should NOT be using the “hard copy” membership forms found at the club door, but printing out your profile to send in with your dues payment.
4. Who does an Adult MRPC (Family) Membership cover?
MRPC By-Laws: Spouses and children of registered members living in the same household shall also be considered members.
5. Who does a Junior MRPC Membership cover?
MRPC By-Laws: Non-members under the age of twenty-one may participate in the junior program upon payment of a junior membership fee. Junior members may use club facilities only when participating in an official event or practice session and may not vote or hold office. (no FOBs are issued to these accounts)
6. Where is the option to renew my membership?
If you want to renew your membership you must first be Logged in. After doing so you will see a “Membership Dues & Renewal Information” link in your PROFILE which will take you through the renewal process. If you can’t login, send an email to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with your First, Last, Email, Address and I’ll get your USERNAME / PASSWORD mailed out to you ASAP.
7. I lost my FOB, what should I do?
First you need to notify the Membership Director ((JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address))so that it can be deactivated immediately.
Members are responsible for access to the club until the Membership Director has been notified that a FOB is compromised or a message left with the club answering service at: 541-774-1872 .
You can pay for a replacement by logging into the website at: http://mrpc.info/index.php/member/login and selecting the purchase option inside your profile.
Use the cart function to pay with Credit Card via PayPal.com ($8.00 ea.) or printout your profile and send it in with a check for $8.00 to the address on the printout. The option to print your profile is at the top of the page when viewing it.
